At last. Both sets of bunk beds are installed and fully tested by the girls.
Bunk beds with sea views
The beds took about 2 weeks to make and then 6 weeks to install because I injured myself putting up the first one! They are over-engineered of course - could easily sleep 4 20-stone blokes - but they look pretty good I think. Views from the beds are even lovelier - you can see the sea through the reclaimed port-holes.
Next job is to cut up two 5-metre church pews and make three 3m benches, 2 with backs 1 without. Made the first cut yesterday. So far so good!
